PAYMENT - Pay after I send the completed sketch. I do not accept refunds at this point. Failure to pay will result in permanent blacklisting. In the event that I am unable to finish and therefore will have to refund, I will refund 50% if I had already began the commission. I will not pay extra for tax.
REFUSAL - I have the right to refuse commissions that are out of my ability/something I can't work with.
REVISIONS - Minor revisions are free. You may request 3 major revisions before I begin to charge $5.
DEADLINES - I do not work by strict deadlines and will not accept commissions if so.
PROGRESS - You may request progress shots at any time, however I also provide progress shots at major points of the illustrations. (All shots will be watermarked to avoid theft, if the commission has not been paid. They will not obstruct the drawing, but I will refuse any request for an unwatermarked shot.)
USAGE - Works may be used for personal use. Please be sure to credit me appropriately. Commercial use requires 100% add-on. (Obviously, do not use it as an NFT/feed to AI.)
WORKS - You may request if you'd like your commission to be privatted, otherwise this may be posted and used as sample. Also if requested, all completed works will be sent with different versions—background(if there is), transparent png, and lineart—through gmail or other means.
PROGRAM - I use the IbisPaint X application for all my illustrations. I strictly refuse to be using any other programs.
